If you will be participating in our Training Camps, please review this checklist that is posted here for your convenience.

What you need for our Training Camps:

  • Swim goggles
  • Swim cap
  • Fins
  • Optional: paddles & pull buoys
  • Bike
  • Helmet
  • extra bike tube
  • bike pump
  • C02 cartridge or bike pump to carry on bike
  • Cell phone & I.D. to carry on bike
  • Running Shoes
  • Hat or Visor
  • 2 water bottles
  • 2 water bottle cages or backpack hydration system (i.e. Camelback)
  • sunglasses
  • Sport watch with stopwatch
  • Sunscreen
  • Optional: heart rate monitor
